We wrote earlier about local entrepreneur Joel Libava who's helping people figure out the mysteries of franchises. Along comes Joel again. This one's a portal where you can read news and articles about franchising in all kinds of industries--fast food, restaurants, travel, retail, etc.--join a community of fellow franchisers, or play with other wannabes.
